Raw ginger or ginger is used in all the Indian curries to add flavor. Also, many people are using ginger in tea, green tea, or black tea. Studies show the advantage of ginger is beneficial in the cases of arthritis and body aches (Chopra,2018).
Black Pepper
Black pepper can improve the digestion system. It has incredible benefits in reducing blood pressure, anti-bacterial properties and also contains iron that is important for the body. Black pepper is originated from south Indian and widely used in south Indian food as well as medicins. Useful as a home remedy for constipation and diarrhea (Chopra,2018).
Cinnamon
Cinnamon is famous as a spice and its health benefits. It is helpful in diabetics; this traditional medicine controls the sugar level. Cinnamon is also an anti-inflammatory, knows as dalchini in India. Cinnamon reduces the risk of heart diseases and helps in body fat loss too. (Health Me Up, 2015).
