Honey Chicken Wings

About the Recipe: Marinated Fried chicken wings with the sweetness of Honey

Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken Wings
400 Ml Cooking Oil
3 Tsp Corn Flour
2 Eggs
2 Spoon Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Chicken Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Red chili Powder
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste

3 Tsp of Honey
2 Tsp Soya Sauce
2 Tsp of Oyster Sauce
100 Gm chopped Green Onion
100 Gm chopped Green Pepper

Method:
Step 1: Wash the chicken wings and remove the extra water.
Step 2: Take a big bowl and add chicken, cornflour, eggs, lemon, salt, Chicken powder, Coriander, Chili Powder, Ginger garlic paste, and Yogurt.
Step 3: Mix all of them well and keep it for marination for 15 minutes.
Step 4: After 15 Min. Take a deep frying pan. Add cooking oil and keep it on high flame or 2 minutes.
Step 5: Fry the chicken wings and take them out once 80% cooked.
Step 6: Cook them again, so that will be 100%. This will make them crispy.
Step 7: In a frying pan, take 2 Tsp of oil and add, Honey, Soya Sauce, Oyster Sauce 4-5 Tsp of water. Add, chicken wings after 2 min and toss them for next 2 min.
Step 8: Take then in a serving plate and garnish with Green Onion and Green Pepper
