Chicken Tikka Masala

About the Recipe: Chicken tikka masala is marinated chicken chunks into the Indian sauces with the creamy taste and usually orange curry.

Serving: 4
Preparation and Cooking Time: 30 minutes

 

Ingredients:
3 Chicken breast ( Skinless)
50g butter
3 big onions chopped well in blender
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tsp Chicken Masala
2 red peppers 
1 cup tomato puree
2 Tsp of mango chutney
150 ml cream
150 ml yogurt
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing 


Method:
Step 1: Take a frying pan and keep it in a medium flame. Add, oil, and butter.


Step 2: Add Onion and fry it till that turn golden yellow. 


Step 3: Add Chicken Masala, red pepper, and cook it for 2 min. After 2 min, oil is separated from the masala. 


Step 4: Add chicken chunks into the masala and stir it for 2-3 min and then closed the lid for 5 min. 


Step 5: Add the mango chutney, tomato paste, butter, yogurt, and cream one by one in 30 sec and keep it stirring. 


Step 6: Keep the lid and allow the chicken to cook for 15 min. In the meantime, check and stir 4-5 time to avoid overheating of masala. 


Step 7: Chicken tikka masala is ready to serve


Step 8: Garnish with the chopped coriander and lemon.
