Chicken Butter Masala

About the Recipe: The most popular Indian Chicken recipe prepared in the butter with the taste of Indian spices.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
500g Chicken
200g Yogurt
100 Ml  Butter
2 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 large chopped onion
3 crushed garlic cloves 
1 green chilli chopped 
1 Small chopped ginger
1 tsp Chicken Masala
1-2 tsp hot chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp paprika
3 Tsp tomato puree
50g flaked almonds, toasted

Method:
Step 1: Cut the chicken into the medium pieces and wash them.


Step 2: Make a mixture of Yogurt, Lemon juice, turmeric, Chilli, and chicken masala and keep it overnight for marination. 


Step 3: Take a frying pan with 2-3 tsp of cooking oil and add 50g butter in it.


Step 4: Add chopped onion, crushed garlic cloves, chopped ginger, cumin, paprika, and stir it for 2 min.


Step 5: Add tomato puree and the marinated chicken. Mix it well and stir it for the next 2-3 min. 


Step 6: Closed the Lid and kept it for cooking on a medium flame for 10-15 min.


Step 7: Add salt as per taste and flaked almonds and 3-4 spoons of butter. 


Step 8: Spicy Chicken is ready to serve with rice or Roti.
