About Me
My name is Aditya Verma living in Lincon, Lincolnshire, originally from India. I am an IT professional who worked with a wide range of multinational companies, including HSBC and Wipro. Cooking is my passion, and I love to spend my quality time in my kitchen, experimenting with various food recipes.

Chicken recipes are my favourite. Indian is a big country with 29 states, and every state has its way of cooking chicken that reflects the various culture and their taste (Mahajan, 2016). As per (Guardian, 2017) Indian restaurants are trendy in Britain, and I want to take this opportunity to educate people about how to make delicious chicken recipes. Cooking these recipes is not just about food, but it's an excellent experience to present something special to your family at the weekend. After learning these recipes, you may start your Indian takeaway too or make quality homemade Indian chicken (The Cooking Academy, 2018).

Chicken is a healthy part of our diet, and that can be prepared by various ways such as starter Dry chicken, Fried Chicken, Onion chicken, Ginger Chicken, Chicken Lollipop, and Chicken Tandoori. Gravy chicken that can be served with bread or rice such as Chicken butter masala, Ginger brown chicken, chicken pesto, Green chicken Masala, and Matka Chicken (NDTV, 2019).

Cooking chicken is easy and fast. You may prepare for one person or group, and the essence of Indian spices make it a memorable experience (The Cooking Academy, 2018).
