About Recipe: Chicken Curry is a spicy chicken Indian recipe. Cooked with boneless chicken in the curry of ginger, garlic and onion, and spices


Serving: 6

Preparation and Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Kg chicken breast (Skinless) 
2 chopped big onion
100 ml Cooking Oil
3 Spoon Ginger garlic paste
2 Green Chillies 
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Chicken Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Red chili Powder 
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1 small cup of cream
Salt as per taste
Chopped coriander for garnish

Method:
Step 1: Wash the chicken breast and cut it into the small pieces. 


Step 2: Take a cooking pan and keep it over medium heat for a min and add 200 ml cooking oil. Add cumin and green chilies, followed by chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Stir the mixture for 2-5 min till the oil separated from the paste. 


Step 3: Add chicken pieces into the pan and stir it well so the chicken and the paste mix well.


Step 4: After 5 min. Add Chicken Powder, Coriander Powder, Red chili Powder, lemon, and 1/2 cup of water. Cover the frying pan with a lid for 3-5 min.


Step 5: Add cream and stir it for 5 min to avoid any overheating at the bottom of the frying pan.


Step 6: Add salt as per your taste. And close the lid again for 3-5 min. 


Step 7: After 5 min opens the lid and garnish with chopped coriander.


Step 8: Chicken is ready. You may serve it with rice or Indian bread.
