Chicken Salad

About the Recipe: Indian chicken salad is a healthy lunch or dinner recipe with a tangy taste and lots of fruits.

Serving: 6
Preparation and Cooking Time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients:
500g Chicken (Boneless, Skinless)
1 Small Apple
1 Medium Capsicum
3 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Lemon juice
1 Medium Avacado
1 Tomato
1/4 Tsp black pepper
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Maggi sauce

 

Method:
Step 1: Wash Chicken and cut into the small piece.


Step 2: Boil chicken for 5 minutes with lemon juice and 1 Tsp salt.


Step 3: Cut apple, Avacado, Tomato, and Capsicum into small pieces. 


Step 4: Mix boiled Chicken with the others.


Step 5: Add Maggi sauce, salt, and honey and toss it well.


Step 6: Garnish with the Coriander and mint leaves.


Step 7: Indian Chicken Salad is ready to serve.
