Indian foods reflect the tradition of Indian. as per (Health Me Up, 2015) Its health benefits, spicy taste, and range of options made it very popular among British culture. Indian takeaways and restaurants made a memorable experience for the international audience Guardian (2017). Some critical factors for the popularity of Indian cuisines are the following.

Indian food has a wide range of variety from beverage, starter, main course to dessert. Indian is a combination of 29 states with different cultures and different ways of cooking food. Different cultures have different approaches to food preparation, from choosing ingredients to cooking and level of spiciness in the food (Mahajan, 2019).

The range of spices adds flavor to the food, and special curries are prepared using authentic herbs and spices. Some top-rated Indian vegetarian meals are Jain Food and Gujrati Thali and for non-veg Punjabi thali are very popular. Most of the food is cooked using fresh vegetables and no preservatives (Mahajan, 2019).

Indian cuisines have food for all occasions. Like the festival, different weather, seasonal food considering the health factor and food for kids that is nutritious and delicious too. India is also called the county of the festival. Different people from different religions and communities have their customs and festival, and food plays an essential role in the celebration of these festivals. Diwali (Festival of Lights) and Holi (Festival of colors) are very popular across the globe, and you can see the reflection of celebration into the food served during these occasions in the UK based Indian restaurant (Foodbycountry, 2019) (Mahajan, 2019).
